YMCA Child Care Quality Survey
We know how important it is that children participate in a safe, learning environment when they are not at home. Each year parents evaluate and provide feedback on our local YMCA child care services by completing a Quality Survey. One third of our parents complete these surveys annually. Here's what they told us in 2009.

Overall, we're happy to report that 95% of our YMCA families rated the quality of our service as very good or good. We think that's important for you to know as you consider your child care options. Your children are your greatest treasures and at the YMCA the well-being of your child is our number one priority.

• 96% of our families indicated that safety is very good or good in our child care programs
• 96% of our parents said that YMCA values were a positive influence on their children
• 89% of YMCA parents said that staff communication was very good or good
